National Youth Opera Academy
Program Director
In collaboration with the Young Voices of the Santa Fe Opera, NYOA invites aspiring vocalists (ages 13-18) from across the United States to prepare and perform a fully staged opera with orchestra. This immersive program is designed to expand artistic skill, inspire growth, and equip students for the next phase of their development.
Throughout the academy, participants learn and train in a setting that mirrors the professional world, while offering the guidance, support, and mentorship of an educational environment. Distinguished artists from The Metropolitan Opera, Santa Fe Opera, and other major institutions foster a community that cultivates the artistry and collaboration required to bring an opera to life—this summer, Ben Moore's Oddysey. Set in one of the industry's most vibrant cities, NYOA promises an extraordinary experience on and off the stage!

Love Notes: A Cabaret for the Philadelphia Community
East Passyunk Opera Project Presents Love Notes 4- A cabaret concert
What does the love of a community look like? Action. Action made manifest. It is leaning on one another when we cannot stand on our own. Love Notes 4 Philly will not only be a performance, but a manner of fostering community that extends beyond us, allowing us to find actions we can continue beyond our night together. At the show, we will connect our audience to several mutual aid groups in Philadelphia, and to the direct work needed to uplift them. That is love made manifest.

Wolf Trap: Chamber Music at the Barns
This theatrical recital uses Aaron Copeland and Ricky Ian Gordon's song cycles with text by Emily Dickinson to create a narrative of the poet’s life and the central figures that played a role in her story ultimately shaping her writing. By bringing Emily off the page and into the concert hall, audiences can witness her poetry in a new light and they see her live out the last hour of her life.
